Analysis on the status of multi-campuses tertiary hospitals in Shanghai

目的:以上海市三级医院一院多区现状为例,总结归纳一院多区发展特点和趋势,为相关卫生政策制定提供参考依据。方法:查阅《上海统计年鉴》,利用上海市卫生和计划生育委员会官方网站公立医疗机构执业登记查询系统以及相关医院官方网站获取所需数据资料,建立上海市三级医院一院多区分析数据库。结果:一院多区医院可分为紧密型、松散型、混合型三类,上海市一院多区三级医院多为紧密型一院多区医院,分院(分部)规模普遍较大;同时,多院区医院发展趋势明显,院区联系紧密度进一步强化,而且一院多区发展一定程度上实现了医疗资源布局优化。结论:三级医院一院多区发展新趋势下,需进一步充分激活三级医院在卫生服务体系中的纵向作用;同时,应注重创新一院多区协同管理模式,抓好医疗服务同质化管理。

Objectives： To learn the status of multi-campuses tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and tendency and provide evidence for policy making. Methods： The information needed is gained by Shanghai Statistical Yearbook, registration of practice of a medical institution inquiry system offered by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, and official website of relevant hospitals. And we analyze the information by building the database of multi-campuses tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. Results： There are four types of multi-campuses hospitals： tight, loose, hybrid and multicampuses hospitals. Most of them are tight type, and hospital branches are generally large. The development tendency of multi-campuses hospitals is obvious, the connection between branches is strengthened, and the health resources allot is optimized. Conclusions： The longitudinal effect of tertiary hospitals should be developed, and synergy managerial mode and homogeneous management should be intensified in such circumstances.
