摘要 我国公立医院的绩效考核常以组织学理论方法为依据模拟套用,但医院作为兼具公益性和积极性战略导向的组织,需要根据其组织特点建立科学、可靠的绩效管理体系。通过资料分析等方法,提出公立医院复合型绩效考核模式,并通过案例分析其特点,探讨相关支撑体系,为构建合理有效、科学创新的公立医院绩效考核模式提供参考。 The performance appraisal of public hospitals is often based on the theory and method of organizational behavior. For hospital is the public interest and initiative oriented organization, it needs to set up a scientific and reliable performance management system. By analyzing data, this paper discussing the composite model of performance appraisal in public hospitals. In order to provide reference for the construction of innovation and rational performance appraisal models, the characteristics and the supporting system of performance appraisal system is discussed by case study.
