全面推进依法治国方略是中国共产党十八届四中全会的重大决策,坚持党的领导就要反对"党的领导与依法治国矛盾说"这一错误论断,更要正确认识二者的辩证关系。党的领导与依法治国存在着紧密的内在逻辑,这主要体现在:依法治国必须坚持党的领导,党的领导必须靠社会主义法治来保障,党的领导要贯彻到依法治国的全过程。
