以哈尔滨商业大学设计艺术学院为例,针对设计艺术学生第二课堂活动内容和形式单一,难以激发学生的学习兴趣,导致难以内化为学生自身职业品质的现状,对第二课堂在职业生涯规划中的定位进行阐述,并从针对年级的阶段性、个体的差异化、效果的指标化等三个层面提出相应措施,旨在发挥第二课堂活动在艺术类大学生职业生涯规划中的作用,努力促成学生理想就业。

Taking College of Design and Arts of Harbin University of Commerce as the case,it presents the extracurricular activities that will compose the position of career planning,because of which confine to the contents and manners resulting in rarely encouraging the interests of students and converting into their professional quality.Countermeasures are proposed in terms of academic years,individual differences and effectiveness indexing,in order to make the extracurricular activities working for career planning of arts-major student and their employment.
