摘要 通过对4所高职院校兼职教师队伍建设现状的调查,发现兼职教师管理政策与制度、兼职教师选聘过程、兼职教师的薪酬满意度等方面存在诸多问题.在调查分析基础上,提出了为兼职教师队伍建设提供政策保障、规范兼职教师准入制度、完善兼职教师培训制度、增强对兼职教师的人文关怀、促进专兼职教师共同发展等相应对策. Through investigation on current situation of team construction for part-time teachers in 4 higher vocational colleges, we find that problems exist in management policy and system, recruiting and selecting process, and pay satisfaction of part-time teachers. Based on investiga- tion and analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures such as providing poli- cy guarantee for team construction for part-time teachers, standardizing access system of part- time teachers, perfecting training system of teachers, strengthening humanistic care for part-time teachers, and promoting joint development of full-time and part-time teachers.
