高职院校顶岗实习是人才培养方案中的重要环节,为了顺应新形势下校企协同实训平台的顶岗实习教学监控评价,研究分析了高职院校企业顶岗实习与教学监控存在的问题,开展了实习教学监控的研究,并结合煤炭艰苦专业顶岗实习教学运行管理实践过程得出:现阶段在煤炭这一艰苦行业人才短缺的情况下,校企联合培养的高职顶岗教学"两主体双监控"运行体系的创新性、可行性.

Post practice is an important part of talent training program in higher vocational colle- ges. In order to adapt to teaching monitoring evaluation for post practice process on training plat- form based on school-enterprise cooperation under new situation, this paper analyzes the prob- lems existing in post practice and teaching monitoring of higher vocational colleges and conducts studies on practice teaching monitoring. Combing operation and management practice of post practice teaching in tough specialties of coal mining, this paper puts forward the innovativeness and feasibility of operation system for post practice teaching based on school-enterprise coopera- tion with double subjects and dual monitoring in the condition of shortage of talents tough spe- cialties of coal mining.
