摘要
《不动产登记暂行条例》的出台具有重要的意义,标志着不动产统一登记制度基本建立。但由于《条例》规定较为原则,地方对《条例》认识不够,登记技术标准不统一等问题的存在,不动产统一登记法律制度尚不完善。本文阐述了建立不动产统一登记制度重大意义,通过调研的方法了解不动产统一登记法律制度存在的问题,并提出进一步完善的建议。
the implementation of regulation on real estate registration, as a symbol of the establishment of a unified real estate registration system, is extremely important. But the regulation is imperfect because of the generality of the regulation, the lack of understanding of the local authority, and the diversiform register methods. This paper elucidates the significance of the establishment of a unified real estate registration system and analyzes the revealed problems of the registration system from previous investigation, and some suggestions will be present.
