摘要
房地产行业一头连着投资,一头连着消费,对经济增长影响较大。本文在对比分析2014年度河南省房地产开发市场及土地供应运行情况的基础上,剖析了河南省房地产行业和土地供应形势存在的主要问题。提出了诸如按照市场供需落实房地产调控政策、调整住房结构和规模、推动房地产转型升级以及优化产业布局等方面的建议。
Real estate industry that involves both investment and consumption has great influence on economic growth. Based on the contrastive analysis of the situation of the real estate market and land supply in Henan Province in 2014, this paper analyzes the major problems in the real estate market and land supply and puts forward some suggestions such as implementing real estate regulation policies and adjusting housing structure and scale according to the market demand, and promoting the transformation and upgrade of real estate and optimizing industrial pattern.
