摘要 黑色金属是国民经济发展的重要基础原料。矿种的边界品位和最低工业品位是计算资源储量的主要依据。本文通过对我国黑色金属矿产工业指标50多年的变化分析,发现我国矿产工业指标的制订似有"多年一贯制"之弊,不利于我国黑色金属矿产的资源管理以及钢铁工业的健康有序发展。通过文献研究,本文建议,矿产工业指标需要实行动态化管理;部门或行业间要加强信息沟通与合作;技术经济水平对矿产工业指标影响巨大,超贫磁铁矿选矿技术的突破使其工业品位大幅下降即为典型例证,我国应加强采、选、冶技术的研发。 Ferrous metals are important basic raw materials for national economic development. The marginal grade and minimum industrial grade of a certain mineral commodity are the main parameters for calculating the reserves. This paper has focused on the analysis of industrial indices variations of China's ferrous metallic mineral resources over the past 5 decades, and has revealed the malpractice of the inertial tendency of long-time compulsory system for stipulating the industrial indices, which has actually exerted resistive forces to the healthy sustainable development of China's ferrous metallic mineral resources management and iron-steel industry. Based on the documentary studies, this paper has presented the following proposals:(1) the industrial indices need to be dynamically updated;(2) the information exchange and cooperation among different industries need to be enhanced;(3) as the economic-technical progress usually exerts huge influences to the mining industrial indices, which has been typically manifested by the ore-dressing technical breakthrough of very-low-graded magnetic ore's pulling downwards the magnetic industrial grade with large margin, the development of mining technology, ore-dressing technology, and metallurgical technology need to be further reinforced.
