基于求职能力提升的高职生人文素质教育研究——以河北省高职院校为例

A Study on the Humanistic Quality Education of Higher Vocational Students Based on the Improvement of the Job Search Ability——a Case Study of Hebei Province

文章通过问卷调查,从企业以及学生的角度出发,分析当前高职生人文素质教育面临的现状。并提出了从教育观念入手,从教育关键点入手,从教育环境入手,提升学生的个人素质,为高职学生的应聘加分。

Through the questionnaire survey, from the enterprise as well as the student＇s point of view, analyzes the present situation of Higher Vocational Students＇ humanities quality education. And put forward the concept of education, starting from the key point of education, starting from the education environment, improve students＇ personal qualities, to apply for Higher Vocational students.
