摘要
以星巴克为热点的两件新闻事件为例,探究了影响大众传播效果的众多因素和传播技巧,并且,对如何加强大众传播的效果,针对加强反馈信息的收集和处理,阐述了作者的看法。
The paper takes two Starbucks' hot news as an example to explore the various factors which determine the effects of mass media. In addition, the paper also elaborates on how to enhance the effects of mass-media, and how to improve the collection and processing of feedback information.
