摘要
由于海洋测绘中存在滩涂测量、崩岸、潜堤测量和水边线测量等困难,船载三维激光扫描技术比传统测量手段更快且更安全,测量精度已经可以满足大部分水上测量的精度要求,因而得到广泛青睐。船载三维激光点云数据的时空配准对测量结果至关重要,对此,介绍了基于多传感器融合的船载三维激光测量系统组成与工作原理,阐述了数据的时空配准过程,获取了精确的扫描数据,为后续工作提供支撑。
Due to the widely existence of tidal,collapse,submerged breakwater and the costal line,it is difficult measuring those terrain in Marine Surveying and Mapping.Compared with the traditional means of measuring,the Ship-borne laser scanning technology is faster and safer and the measuring accuracy can reach the requirement of most land measuring accuracy,so it is popular around the world.However,the accuracy of coordinate and time registration of a large number of Laser Scanning Data have extreme influence on the measurement results,thus,it introduce the composition and working principle of multi sensor fusion of Ship-borne laser measurement system,focus on the accuracy of coordinate and time registration and finally get the coordinate data,which provide a support for the following-up work.
