目前,高等职业院校把大力推进专业带头人建设作为加强专业内涵建设的重要举措。高等职业院校专业带头人对于高职院校的教学、科研工作起着至关重要的作用。专业带头人引领着高职院校教学的改革创新与发展。文章在通过对当前高职院校专业带头人培训现状分析基础上,阐述了创新培训模式、运用灵活多样的培训形式和方法是提高高职院校专业带头人培训质量的重要策略。

At present, higher occupation colleges pay close attention to fostering the profession foregoer which is regarded as an important meansure in order to form profession connotation. It is well-known that profession foregoer plays a vital role in teaching and research activities in higher occupation colleges, shepherding a research team to accomplish the teaching reform and techonogy innovation. Based on the detailed analysis to the current training state about the foregoer-fostering, this paper points out that new trainging mold and the use of kinds of traing form are the vital measures to elaborate the traing quality of the foregoer-fostering in a higher occupation college.
