新形势下中国粮食安全的现状、挑战与对策——第五届中国经济安全论坛综述

THE STATUS QUO,CHALLENGES AND STRATEGIES OF CHINA'S FOOD SECURITY UNDER THE NEW SITUATION— Review of the Fifth China Economic Security Forum

为深入学习贯彻中共十八届四中全会精神,保障国家粮食安全,中国人民大学与教育部第五届"中国经济安全论坛——新形势下中国粮食安全的现状、挑战与对策"于2014年11月在中国人民大学隆重召开,来自全国各地的中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院毕业的党政干部、专家学者、基层实践工作者1000多人出席了大会,就"新形势下中国粮食安全的现状、挑战及对策"问题进行了深入探讨。会议探讨的内容主要集中在"市场、技术与粮食安全"、"资源环境与粮食安全"、"生态与粮食安全"、"全球化背景下的粮食安全"以及"制度创新与粮食安全"、"科学评估粮食安全"等方面。

For the in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 18th CCP Fourth Plenary Session and for ensuring the national food security,the fifth “China Economic Security Forum---the Status Quo,Challen-ges and Strategies of China’s Food Security under the New Situation,”jointly organized by Renmin University of China and Social Science Development Center of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education,was held in Renmin University of China in November 2014.More than 1,000 Party and government officials,experts, scholars,grassroots practitioners graduating from School of Agriculture and Rural Development,Renmin Uni-versity of China,attended the conference,and conducted an in-depth discussion of the issue of the status quo, challenges and strategies of China’s food security under the New Situation.The discussion mainly focuses on“market,technology and food security”,“resources,environment and food security”,“ecology and food se-curity”,“food security in the context of globalization”,“institutional innovation and food security”and “sci-entific assessment of food safety”,etc.
