摘要
作为现代农业产业体系不可或缺的组成部分,农业生产性服务业在推动农业发展方式转变,增加农民收入,提高农业生产效率等方面发挥着重要作用。运用数据包络分析方法对河南省的农业生产性服务业的效率值进行了纵向和横向的分析。通过研究河南省农业生产性服务业的现状,分析了其存在的问题,进而提出了针对性的政策建议。
As an indispensable part of modern industrial system of agriculture,agricultural production service industry plays an important role in promoting the transformation of agricultural development mode,increasing farmers’income,and improving the efficiency of agricultural production.The article conducts a longitudinal and transverse analysis of the efficiency value of agricultural production service industry of Henan Province u-sing Data Envelopment Analysis Method.Based on probing into the status quo of Henan’s agricultural produc-tion service industry and analyzing the existing problems,the article puts forward some specific policy recom-mendations.
