基于社会角色理论的大学生村干部流失现象研究

ON THE PHENOMENON OF THE OUTFLOW OF COLLEGE STUDENT VILLAGE OFFICIAL BASED ON THE THEORY OF SOCIAL ROLES

推行大学生村干部计划,是党中央为加快新农村建设提出的重大战略。大学生村干部计划的实施,为新农村建设提供了智力支持和人才保障,取得了显著成效,但持续存在的流失现象是一个不容忽视的问题。大学生村干部从大学校园走向基层农村,面临着从城市的大学生向农村的最基层干部的角色转变,角色能否成功转变,是影响大学生村干部流失的主要原因。提出了有效解决大学生村干部流失问题的对策与建议。

It is a major strategy for the Central Committee of CPC to implement the plan of the college student village officials in order to accelerate the construction of new countryside,which provides intellectual support and talent guarantee for the construction of new countryside and has made remarkable achievements.But the phenomenon of the continuous outflow of the student officials can never be ignored.The college student village officials go to the grass-roots unit in rural areas from the college campus in urban areas,and they are faced with the transition of roles from college students in the city to the roles of rural grassroots cadres.Whether or not they are successful in the transition of roles accounts for the outflow of them.The article analyzes the causes of the outflow of the student officials using the theory of social roles and proposes effective solutions to the problem.
