摘要
选取2个一级指标、3个二级指标、13个三级指标,构建了河南省战略性新兴产业自主创新能力评价指标体系;采用极差变换法和主成分因子分析法,对河南省战略性新兴产业自主创新能力进行了测算,揭示了河南省战略性新兴产业自主创新能力发展中存在的一些问题;针对这些问题,结合河南省省情,提出了提升河南省战略性新兴产业自主创新能力的对策和建议。
The article believes that lack of independent innovation capability has become a major obstacle to the development of the strategic emerging industries in Henan Province,and thus independent innovation must be the only road to the industrial transformation that relies on investment in resources,extensive growth and pure technology introduction.The article selects 2 first-leveled indicators,3 second-leveled indicators and 13 third-leveled indicators to construct an independent innovation capability evaluation index system for the strate-gic emerging industries in Henan Province and uses the Range Transformation and Principal Component Factor Analysis to measure the independent innovation capability of the strategic emerging industries there.It then re-veals the problems in developing the independent innovation capability of the strategic emerging industries and puts forward some solutions and strategic recommendations on enhancing the independent innovation capability of the strategic emerging industries combined with the situation in Henan Province.
