摘要
为了探究橡胶沥青老化的内在机理,采用四组分分析试验和红外光谱,分析了两种基质沥青和两种橡胶沥青原样、RTFO后残留物和PAV后残留物的化学组分和微观结构组成的变化。试验结果表明,橡胶沥青老化后,沥青质的含量增加,胶质、芳香分和饱和分的含量减小。橡胶沥青的老化由基质沥青老化和废胶粉的老化降解两部分组成。基质沥青老化的产物有亚砜、羟酸、酮和酸酐。废胶粉老化裂解后有胺类物质产生。
In order to explore the internal aging mechanism of rubber-modified asphalt, the changes of chemical constituent and mierostructure of 2 base asphalts, 2 original rubber-modified asphalts, rolling thin film oven (RTFO) test aged residues and pressurized aging vessel (PAV) aged residues are investigated by 4-component analysis test and IR spectrum analysis. The result indicates that ( 1 ) the weight percent of asphaltine increased, resins, saturates and aromatics decreased after rubber-modified asphalt aging; (2) the aging of rubber-modified asphalt is consist of the aging of base asphalt and aging degradation of waste rubber power; (3) the aging products of base asphalt contain sulfoxide, carboxylic acids, ketones and anhydride, the degradation products of waste rubber power contain amine substance.
