This paper introduces the advantage of new developed high speed slitter for Tetra Pak based on the introduction of the main functional parameter and the detailed analysis of the structure features and principle of unwinding mechanism, constant tension control, heat connecting device, slitting mechanism, winding pattern, pull shaft device etc. The new designed slitter can meet the requirement of our customer in China and it can replace the similar machines from oversea, and it also has the advantage of the lower price.
