摘要
【目的】构建有效测度科技期刊编辑能力的评价模型。【方法】将层次分析法(AHP)与熵值法(EVM)有机结合,构建了AHP-EVM评估模型,引入到科技期刊编辑能力评价中,并运用一个案例对模型进行了检验。【结果】AHP-EVM模型结合了层次分析法和熵值法的特点,避免了对指标采用主观权重,并且优化过程直观、简单,能有效对科技期刊编辑能力进行优劣划分和综合排序。【结论】AHP-EVM模型为合理评价科技期刊编辑能力提供了有效的决策方法和依据。
[Purposes]The paper builds an evaluation model for measuring the scientific journal editors' capability. [Methods]The paper built AHP-EVM model by the valid connection of AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process) and EVM( Entropy Value M ethod),and applied this model in evaluation for sci-tech journal editors' capability,and then tested the model by using a case. [Findings]AHPEVM model combines the features of AHP and EVM that can avoid the subjective weight for the index,and the optimization process is intuitive and simple. Therefore,the AHP-EVM model can effectively measures and sorts the scientific journal editors' capability.[Conclusions] The AHP-EVM model provides an effective decision-making method for reasonably measuring the editors' capability.
