载文量对科技期刊影响力评价的影响

The effect of paper quantity in evaluation of scientific journals' influence

【目的】探讨载文量对科技期刊影响力评价的影响。【方法】以2014年版中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)的相关数据为基础,用计量学和统计学方法对1989种期刊的文献量进行统计,探讨期刊载文量与期刊定位的关系,同时将各类期刊载文量与期刊的学科扩散指标、学科影响指标的大小和排名进行比较与分析,并用统计学方法研究它们的相关性及相关程度。【结果】期刊的载文量取决于期刊的定位,与读者作者群的大小有关;期刊的载文量与其学科扩散指标、学科影响指标之间都具有显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01),且为正向相关关系。【结论】载文量与期刊的定位及评价指标相互影响,尤其是载文量与期刊的学科扩散指标和学科影响指标之间为正相关,对期刊在相关学科的影响力产生着一定影响。

[Purposes]This paper aims o explore the effect of paper quantity in evaluation of sci-tech periodicals＇ influence.[Methods]Based on the 2014 edition of Chinese Scientific and Technical Journal Citation Reports（ core）,1989 kinds of journals were selected to investigate the relationship between paper quantity and journal orientation by using metrology and statistics methods.Furthermore,the correlation and the correlation coefficient were also evaluated by using the impact factor and ranking of journal of diffusion index as indicators. [Findings]The results shows that the number of published papers depends on the journal positioning,which is related to the numbers of the authors and readers. Published papers＇ number has a positive correlation with the indicators of its diffusion index and discipline impact indicators（ P〈0. 05 and P〈0. 01,respectively）. [Conclusions] The paper quantity is closely related to journals and the evaluation index,especially to the amount of periodicals＇ subject diffusion index and discipline influence index,which has a positive correlation. This has an impact on the influence of periodicals in their related fields.
