As the social reforms speeding up, economic reforms deepening, and value orientation diversified, cases of role disorder among young military personnel have increased, their group identifi- cation and self efficacy dropped, which endangers their mental health, and the stability of units and development of modernization. Deep analysis into the situations and the causes of those cases and see- king for solutions to the problems will be of great significance to military modernization.
