Nowadays, the innovation of military culture development is playing an important part of the world＇s new military revolution. The one who has more military soft power will have more initia- tive and gain more chances to win a war. Facing the worldls and our countryts complicated situations, standing on the new historical starting point, we need to take challenges to flourish the military cul- ture. In order to develop the advanced military culture rapidly, we have to examine the military cul- ture at a strategic height, promote it on a systematic level and flourish it from a creative perspective.
