中国梦是以人为本的执政理念的新发展,它使党的执政话语权得到进一步提升,使党的执政目标由以人为本立场式内涵深化至"人民幸福"目标式内涵,还使党的执政能力建设路径得到了拓展。
China Dream is a new leap of the Party＇s ruling idea—— ＂ people first＂. China Dream increases the discourse power of the Party＇s administration, deepens the objective of the Party＇s administration from the position connotation ＂people oriented＂ to the target connotation ＂people＇s happiness＂, and expands the route of capability construction of the Party＇s administration.
