摘要
科技共同体通常是存在多重文化系统,因为对科技共同体自身而言,每个群体和成员可能会有着不同的价值观和文化理念,这些不同文化之间极易产生冲突和抵触。当前,为化解冲突实现科技创新过程文化自洽的途径在于:管理层应坚持文化融合而非简单排斥某一方的原则,开展科技共同体文化建设;管理者应提出及培育科技创新核心价值观和明晰终极愿景,以核心文化认同化解文化冲突;应科学地划分和界定不同的科学技术价值观念的应用范围,注意区别适用,实现多元文化功能最大化。
Multiple cultural systems usually exist in a technological community, and each group and its members may have different values and cultural ideas about technological community itself, so con- flicts and contradictions easily to come into being among these different cultures. Currently ways of a- chieving cultural self-consistency so as to resolve conflicts about the technological innovation are as the following, the management should adhere to the principles of cultural integration rather than a simple rejection of any one party, and make a cultural construction of the technological community; managers should propose and foster the core values of technological innovation and clear its ultimate vision, and use core cultural identities to resolve cultural conflicts; managers should scientifically divide and de- fine the application range of different values of science and technology, and pay attention to its differ- ent applicability, and thus to maximize the functions of the multi-culture.
