“双师型”教师队伍在老年护理实践教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探究"双师型"教师队伍在老年护理教学实践中的应用效果及不足。[方法]采用自行编制的问卷对2012级37名老年护理专业方向学生进行调查。[结果]养老机构带教教师欠缺的素质主要有"扎实的专业知识与规范的操作技能"(43.2%)、"教育学、心理学知识与教学技能"(29.7%)。校内专职教师欠缺"规范操作的技能"(27.0%)、"参与临床一线工作"(13.5%)等能力。[结论]在老年护理实践教学中,"双师型"的师资队伍有利于学生将理论知识与实践相结合,但仍存在一些问题。 Obj ective:To probe into the application effect and disadvantage of“dual qualification”teachers team in geriatric nursing practice teaching.Methods:A total of 37 geriatric nursing students in grade 2012 were sur-veyed by using self administered questionnaire.Results:The qualities that the teachers lacked in pensions mainly included “solid professional knowledge and standard operating skills”(43.2%),“education,psychology knowledge and teaching skills”(2 9 .7%).The full time school teachers were lack of the capabilities including“standard operating skills”(27.0 %)and “participating in clinical frontline work”(13.5%).Conclusion:In geri-atric nursing practice teaching,“dual qualification”teachers team is helpful for the students combining theoret-ical knowledge with practice,but there are still some problems.
