摘要
使用CaesarⅡ对水平布置的送粉管道进行了应力分析。介绍了含有大角度(>135。)弯头和三维补偿器的CaesarⅡ建模要点,比较了传统计算方法与CaesarⅡ计算结果的差异。基于结果分析,对送粉管道进行了优化设计,改进了补偿器放置位置和吊架类型。优化方案使用刚性吊架替代恒力弹簧吊架,使荷载分布更加均匀,可降低工程造价,并有利于安全运行。
The stress analysis is performed to a pulverized coal feed piping arranged horizontally using Caesar Ⅱ software. The modeling of the bend with large angle and the three-dimensional expansion joint is introduced. The result by Caesar Ⅱ model is compared with that by traditional method. Based on the analysis of the result, the optimal design of the pulverized coal feed piping is proposed. The arrangement of the expansion joint and the hanger types are upgraded. The optimal design applies the grid hanger instead of the constant spring hanger, which makes the distribution of restrains more even. It can reduce the construction cost and be favorable for safe operation.
