摘要
[目的]研究大豆皂苷与异黄酮对小鼠血脂的影响,为从食疗方面调节血脂的研究提供依据。[方法]将72只(7周大小)健康昆明小鼠随机分成6组,分别为基础组、高脂饲料组、高脂饲料+大豆皂苷低剂量组(25 mg/(kg·d))、高脂饲料+大豆皂苷高剂量组(50mg/(kg·d))、高脂饲料+大豆异黄酮低剂量组(50 mg/(kg·d))、高脂饲料+大豆异黄酮高剂量组(100 mg/(kg·d))。连续灌胃4周后,眼球取血,测定血清的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白水平。[结果]与基础组比较,高脂组小鼠的血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平和低密度脂蛋白水平都显著升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平显著下降(P<0.05)。与高脂组比较,大豆异黄酮高、低剂量组的总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的水平都显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白的水平都显著上升(P<0.05)。大豆皂苷低剂量组的总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平显著低于高脂组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白的水平显著升高(P<0.05),高剂量组的大豆皂苷的甘油三酯水平显著下降。[结论]大豆皂苷和大豆异黄酮对调节小鼠血脂都有一定的效果,对高脂血症都有一定的预防作用。
The effects of soybean saponin and soybean isoflavone on blood lipids in mice were studied to provide the experimental basis for adjusting the blood lipid from the aspect of diet. [ Method ] 72 Kunming mice( seven weeks old) were divided into six groups randomly, which was base group, high-fat group, high fat + low soybean saponin group (25 mg/(kg · d)), high fat + high soybean saponin group (50 mg/( kg· d) ), high fat + low soybean isoflavone group 50 mg/( kg· d) ), and high fat + high soybean isoflavone group ( 100 mg/( kg · d) ). They were garaged for 4 weeks, then the eyes were removed to obtain the blood. The total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein and high density lipoproteln of mouse serum were determinedI [ Result ] The level of totai cholesterol, triglyceride, and low density lipoprotein in high-fat group was higher than that of the base group(P 〈 0. 05 ), but the level of high density lipoprotein in high-fat group was lower than that of the base group(P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the high-fat group, the level of the total cholesterol, and low density lipoprotein was decreased in soybean isoflavone of low and high dose group(P 〈 0.05 ), but the level of high density lipoprotein was increased (P 〈 0.05 ). The level of total cholesterol and triglyceride in low soybean saponin group was reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the level of high density lipoprotein was increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of triglyceride in high soybean saponin group was reduced. [ Conclusion] Soybean isoflavone and soybean saponin had effects on reducing blood fat and preventing hyperlipidemia.
