摘要
[目的]为研究了Cd胁迫处理对麻疯树幼苗生理生化指标的影响。[方法]通过室内沙培试验,测定丙二醛含量、根系活力、叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸含量等的变化情况。[结果]少量低浓度的镉(5 mg/L)对植物的生长无明显毒害作用。但,随着镉浓度的增加(10-200 mg/L),显示出一定的负效应,表现为丙二醛和蛋白质含量的增加、电导率的增大、根系活力的下降、叶绿素和过氧化物酶活性的下降。[结论]一定浓度的镉会影响或改变麻风树部分生理生化特征,从而对麻疯树的生长造成一定的危害。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Cd stress on physiological and biochemical indices of the Jatropha seedlings. [ Method ] Sand culture was adopted to measure by the changes of MDA content, root activity, chlorophyll content, cell membrane permeability, protein content, peroxidase activity and proline content etc. [ Result] There were no obvious toxic effects of a small amount of low eoneentrations of Cd (5 mg/L) on the growth of plants. But with the increase of Cd^2+ concentration ( 10 - 200 mg/L), certain negative effects showed. The performance was that malondialdehyde and protein content increased, the conductivity increased, the root activity decreased, and chlorophyll and peroxidase activity declined. [ Conclusion] A certain concentration of Cd affects or changes some physiological and biochemical characteristics of Jatropha, causing some damage to the growth of Jatropha.
