摘要
[目的]研究制定阳春砂种子质量的分级标准。[方法]以《农作物种子检验规程》国家标准为依据,参照优选出的阳春砂种子品质检验方法,分别测定了31批阳春砂种子的千粒重、含水量、生活力和发芽率等4项指标,并采用K-均值聚类分析法对各项指标数据进行分析处理。[结果]31批种子的质量参次不齐,其中发芽率、千粒重及生活力的差异最为明显;聚类分析结果显示,可将阳春砂种子质量分为3类。[结论]结合阳春砂种子生产实际及聚类分析结果,以发芽率及千粒重作为主要参考指标,可将阳春砂种子质量初步分为3个等级。
[ Objective ] To formulate the seed quality grading standard of Amomum villosum Lour. [ Method] With reference to Rules for Agricultural Seed Testing and the optimizing seed quality testing methods of A. villosum Lour. , respectively analyzed the 4 indicators ( including thousandgrain weight, moisture content, viability, germination rate) of A. villosum Lout. seed from 31 different populations, and these indexes were analyzed by K-clustering. [ Result ] The seeds from different populations were different, and the differences of germination rate, thou- sand- grain weight and viability were the most obvious ; According to the results of clustering, A. villosum Lour. seed quality could be divided into three classes. [ Conclusion] Combined the production practice and the result of clustering, germination rate and thousand-grain weight were the primary indicators of A. villosum Lour. seed quality grading and they could be divided into three grades.
