利用磷酸缓冲液浸提柞蚕雄蛾的试验研究

Experiment on Extracting Nutrients from Male Tussah Moth with Phosphate Buffered Saline

[目的]扩宽柞蚕雄蛾的综合利用范围。[方法]以酒精为对照,利用p H7.2的磷酸缓冲液浸提柞蚕雄蛾。[结果]柞蚕雄蛾浸提液中的各种氨基酸、矿质元素较为丰富,其中人体必需氨基酸的种类齐全,其浸提效果与酒精的浸提效果相当。[结论]该浸提方法既可充分利用雄蛾的有效成分,又可大大提高雄蚕蛾的利用价值和蚕业的综合经济效益。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to broaden the comprehensive utilization range of male tussah moth. [ Method ] With alcohol as control, phosphate buffered saline （pH 7. 2） was used to extract nutrients from male tussah moth. [ Result ] Various kinds of amino acids and mineral elements were abundant in the extract of phosphate buffered saline, in which essential amino acids for human were multitudinous. [Conclusion] This extracting method could not only make full use of effective components of male moth, but it could also improve the utilization value of tussah male moth and the comprehensive economic benefit of sericulture.
