摘要
介绍了不同时期水电在电网中的作用。1990年以来,东北电网中水电比重不断下降,峰谷差越来越大,调峰电力严重不足,给电网安全经济运行造成很大损失。现急需加快水电建设,以满足电力市场的需要。
The paper introduces the effect of hydropower in the electric network at various periods. Since 1990 year the specific gravity of hydropower in the Northeast electric network ceaselessly descends, the peak to vally ration is the more the largest, the electricity in peak is not serious enough, this is a big lose to economic safe operation of electric network. It must speed up the construction of hydropower for the need of electric market.[
