瑞巴派特联合三联疗法治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的应用观察

Application observation of rebamipide combined with triple therapy on treating duodenal bulbar ulcer

目的 探讨瑞巴派特联合兰索拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素治疗十二指肠球部溃疡且幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性者的治疗效果。方法 收集本院2010年1月-2012年12月收治的十二指肠球部溃疡且Hp阳性患者91例,将其随机分为两组,观察组予以瑞巴派特加三联疗法,对照组单用三联疗法;治疗2周后停用抗生素,其余药物继续维持至4周。所有患者于治疗前后进行胃镜检查并检测Hp,观察比较两组溃疡愈合情况、Hp根除率和不同时段的临床症状缓解情况。结果 观察组的溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率和不同时段的临床症状缓解率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 瑞巴派特联合三联疗法治疗十二指肠球部溃疡且Hp阳性者效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of rebamipide combined with lansoprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin（triple therapy） in the treatment of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and positive Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods Ninety-one patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and positive Hp in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were collected,and were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group,rebamipide combined with triple therapy was provided,while in control group,only triple therapy was used.Antibiotics was discontinued after 2weeks treatment,and the rest drugs were maintained until 4 weeks.All patients were received with gastroscopy and Hp before and after treatment.Ulcer healing,Hp eradication rate,and remission of clinical symptoms in different time was compared between two groups respectively. Results Ulcer healing rate,Hp eradication rate and remission rate of clinical symptoms in different periods in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rebamipide combined with triple therapy can obtain a great effect on treating duodenal bulbar ulcer and positive Hp,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
