匹维溴铵联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果

Clinical effects of pinaverium bromide combined with compound glutamin entresoluble capsules in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

目的 分析匹维溴铵联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗肠易激综合征（IBS）的疗效。方法 选择2014年1-9月本院门诊IBS患者80例,分为2组,60例为观察组,20例为对照组。观察组给予匹维溴铵和复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗,对照组给予匹维溴铵治疗。治疗周期为30 d,治疗后评估两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率（96.7%）高于治疗组（80.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 匹维溴铵联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗IBS,疗效显著且安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the curative effects of pinaverium bromide combined with compound glutamin entresoluble capsules in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. Methods 80 patients with IBS in our hospital from January to September 2014 were assigned to 2 groups.60 patients were in observation group and 20 patients were in control group.Observation group were given pinaverium bromide combined with compound glutamin entresoluble capsules,and control group were only given pinaverium.The treatment cycle was 30 days.Clinical effects between two gropus after the treatment was evaluated respectively. Results Total effective rate in observation group（96.7%） was higher than that in control group（80.0%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;The clinical effects in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pinaverium bromide combined with compound glutamin entresoluble capsules in the treatment of IBS has a significant curative effect,and it is safe and reliable.
