不同剂量丹参注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的临床效果

Clinical research to different doses of Salvia injection combined with prednisolone to fibrosis under oral mucosal

目的 研究不同剂量丹参注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的临床效果。方法 选取本院2013年6月-2014年9月接诊的120例口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者作为研究对象,按入院时间将其分为低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,各40例。3组患者均给予丹参注射液联合泼尼松龙治疗,各组所使用的丹参注射液剂量不同。调查分析3组患者黏膜开始改善所用时间,评定3组患者的治疗效果。结果 随着丹参注射液剂量的增加,患者黏膜开始改善所用时间逐渐缩短,治疗总有效率逐渐升高,中剂量组和高剂量组黏膜开始改善所用时间及治疗总有效率与低剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;高剂量组黏膜变红润的时间与中剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组黏膜质地变软时间及治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 丹参注射液联合泼尼松龙可有效治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变,且在一定范围内,丹参注射液的剂量越高,患者黏膜开始改善所用时间越短,疗效越好。

Objective To study the clinical effects of different doses of Salvia injection combined with prednisolone to fibrosis under oral mucosal. Methods 120 patients with fibrosis under oral mucosal in our hospital from June 2013 to September 2014 were studied, and they were divided into low dose group,middle dose group and high-dose group according to the admission time,with 40 cases in each group.Three groups of patients were treated with Salvia injection combined with prednisolone,but every group doses of Salvia injection was different.The time of mucosal beginning to improve of the three groups of patients and the therapeutic effect of three groups of patients was analyzed and assessed respectively. Results With doses of Salvia injection increasing,the time of mucosal beginning to improve gradually reduced,and the total treatment efficiency gradually increased.The time of mucosal beginning to improve and the total treatment efficiency of the middle dose group and the high dose group compared to the low dose group,and the differences was significant,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The time of mucosal beginning to improve of middle dose group and high-dose group had significant difference（P〈0.05）,The time of mucosal soft texture between two groups and treatment effect was not significantly different,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Salvia injection combined with prednisolone can effectively treat to fibrosis under oral submucosal;and within a certain range,the higher the dose of Salvia injection, the time of the patient mucosal beginning to improve is shorter,the effect is better.
