桃红四物汤联合双柏散治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的效果观察

Effect observation of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Shuangbai Powder in the treatment of acute traumatic gonarthromeningitis

目的 探究桃红四物汤联合双柏散治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床效果。方法 抽取2013年8月-2014年11月在本院就诊的50例急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者进行研究,将患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组25例。治疗组患者接受内服桃红四物汤联合外用双柏散治疗,对照组患者接受内服双氯芬酸钠肠溶胶囊及外用复方山金车花贴治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后的症状及体征均明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后的症状及体征与对照组比较均明显改善,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经3个月的随访,治疗组患者无复发,对照组中3例复发,治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 桃红四物汤联合双柏散治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎具有显著的临床效果,能有效降低复发率,可在临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Shuangbai powder in the treatment of acute traumatic gonarthromeningitis. Methods From August 2013 to November 2014,50 patients with acute traumatic gonarthromeningitis visited our hospital were studied and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In treatment group,patients were provided with oral administration of Taohong Siwu decoction and external application of Shuangbai powder.In control group,patients were treated by oral administration of diclofenac sodium entericcoated capsule with external application of compound mountain arnica sticker.The clinical efficacy between two groups was observed and compared. Results Symptom and sign in patients in both groups was greatly improved after therapy,which displayed statistical difference compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Symptom and sign after therapy in treatment group was greatly improved compared with control group,and there was a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After therapy,the effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group,and there was a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After 3 months follow-up,there was no recurrent case in treatment group,while in control group,3cases recurred.The recurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Shuangbai powder can obtain a remarkable clinical effect on treating acute traumatic gonarthromeningitis and effectively decrease the recurrence rate of gonarthromeningitis,and it can be widely promoted in clinic.
