临床路径在小儿肺炎护理中的应用分析

Application analysis of clinical pathway in the nursing of infantile pneumonia

目的 探讨临床路径在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年2月-2013年2月本院收治的148例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机法分成实验组（78例）和对照组（70例）。实验组给予临床路径,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的总有效率为95.15%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的临床症状改善时间、康复时间显著短与对照组,医疗费用显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的依从性与满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 临床路径在小儿肺炎护理中的效果显著,能够缩短康复进程,提高依存性与满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in the nursing of infantile pneumonia.Methods 148 children with pneumonia in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group（78 cases） and the control group（70 cases）.The experimental group was given clinical pathway,the control group was given conventional nursing.The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.15%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The time of clinical symptom improvement and rehabilitation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,medical cost in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The compliance and satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of clinical pathway in the nursing of infantile pneumonia is significant,which can shorten rehabilitation process,improve the compliance and satisfaction degree,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
