直系家属参与康复护理对脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响

Influence of rehabilitation nursing participated by immediate family members on functional recovery of patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的 探讨直系家属参与康复护理对脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响。方法 选取本院2014年1-11月就诊的100例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组给予直系亲属参与的康复护理。比较两组的日常生活能力与肢体运动能力评分及总有效率。结果 两组护理后的日常生活能力与肢体运动能力评分显著高于护理前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理后的日常生活能力与肢体运动能力评分显著高于对照组护理后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 直系亲属参与康复护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing participated by immediate family members on functional recovery of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 100 patients with cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from January 2014 to November were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given regular rehabilitation nursing,the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing participated by immediate family members.The score of daily life ability and physical exercise ability,the total effective rate in two groups was compared. Results The score of daily life ability and physical exercise ability in two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of daily life ability and physical exercise ability in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group after nursing,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of rehabilitation nursing participated by immediate family members on functional recovery of patients with cerebral apoplexy is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
