调节性T细胞在冠心病与牙周炎相互关系中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨调节性T细胞在牙周炎促进冠心病进展中所起的作用。方法将90例患者依据冠状动脉造影结果及牙周炎Armitage诊断标准分为:胸痛综合征组(CPS组)、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)组(CHD组)和冠心病合并牙周炎组(CHD-P组);再将CHD-P组分为冠心病合并轻、中度牙周炎组(CHD-P1组)、冠心病合并重度牙周炎组(CHD-P2组)。采用流式细胞仪分析CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞占T淋巴细胞的比例。结果 Gensini评分CHD-P2组(65.86±39.94)较CHD-P1组(31.23±33.53)和CHD组(13.09±7.59)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CHD-P1组较CHD组Gensini评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+T在CHD-P组为[(1.93±0.46)%]较CHD组[(2.32±0.72)%]和CPS组[(2.54±0.95)%]明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎使冠心病患者的调节性T细胞数量进一步下降,调节性T细胞与牙周炎促进冠心病的进展密切相关。 Objective To investigate the role of regulatory T cells in progress of coronary heart disease (CHD) promoted by periodontitis. Methods CHD patients (n=90) were divided, according to outcomes of coronary angiography (CAG) and Armitage diagnostic criteria of periodontitis, into chest pain syndrome group (CPS group, CHD group and CHD combining periodontitis group (CHD-P group), and then CHD-P group was further divided into CHD-P1 group (CHD combining mild-moderate periodontitis) and CHD-P2 group (CHD combining severe periodontitis). The proportion of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells in regulatory T cells was analyzed by using flow cytometry. Results Gensini scores increased significantly in CHD-P2 group (65.86±39.94) compared with CHD-P1 group (31.23±33.53) and CHD group (13.09±7.59, P〈0.05). Gensini scores increased significantly in CHD-P1 group compared with CHD group (P〈0.05). CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+T decreased in CHD-P group [(1.93±0.46)%] compared with CHD group [(2.32±0.72)%] and CPS group [(2.54±0.95)%, P〈0.05]. Conclusion The quantity of regulatory T cells can be reduced further by periodontitis, so regulatory T cells is closely correlated to progress of CHD promoted by periodontitis.
