通过对松辽流域水利工程质量监督工作形势与特点的分析,提出了探索新时期水利工程质量监督工作新路子。
The paper puts forward a new way to probe the quality supervision work of water project in new period through analysis of the situation and the character of water project quality supervision in Songliao rivers basin. [
