卓越工程师培养是顺应时代的发展和国家的需要提出的,是为了提高教师和学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。从大学生的创新能力现状分析入手,结合卓越工程师培养内容,将两者有机的结合起来,从人才培养方案的改革,教学方法的改变,校企合作建设创新实验室,建立大学生实践创新的激励机制等方面提出提高大学生的创新能力方法。

The excellent engineer training program is proposed according to the development of era and the need of our country, which is applied to improve the engineering ability and innovation ability of both teaches and undergraduates. This paper analyzes the existing states or＂ undergraduates＇ innovation ability, combines it with the excellent engineer training program, and proposes effective methods to improve the undergraduates＇ innovation abihty such as the reform of talent training scheme, teaching methods change, innovation laboratory construction of school enterprise cooperation, the establishment of incentive mechanism of undergraduates ＂ practical innovation.
