摘要
某公司的2084/25.4-571/569超临界压力直流锅炉,在检修时发现低温再热器水平管排的悬吊管管卡下部管子磨损。磨损区域位于低温再热器水平管排的悬吊管管卡(宽30mm)两端的下部,面积约1平方厘米。现场经过认真分析,确定方案,加装防磨装置。在锅炉运行后进行检查,防磨效果显著,对于类似结构的锅炉管排防磨具有参考作用。
A company 2084/25.4-571/569 supercritical pressure once through boiler, in maintenance found clamp lower tube wear hanging low temperature reheater tube of horizontal tube. Suspension wear area located in low temperature reheater tube row level tube clamps （wide 32mm） lower, an area of about 1 square centimeters. The scene after careful analysis, to determine the program, adding anti abrasion device. Check in the boiler operation, anti wear effect is remarkable, for discharging mill with reference of similar structure tube boiler.
