大用户直购电对清洁发电和用电节能的影响探讨

Discuss to Effect Analysis of Large Electric Consumer's Direct Purchasinging to Low Pollution Power Generation and Energy Conservation

目前,随着我国电力市场改革的逐步深入,大用户直购电模式正在试点展开,但该模式尚存在管理办法不完善等问题,实施后可能对发电企业清洁发电及电力大用户电力节能产生一定的影响。本文分析了大用户直供电模式对发电侧、电网侧和用户侧产生的影响,尤其是大用户直购电模式将会对发电企业的清洁化改造和用能企业的节能化管理造成的影响。结果表明:大用户直供电模式可以有效降低电力用户用电成本,提高发电企业盈利能力,但尚需完成相关政策法规等保证大用户直供电模式实施后的节能减排工作。

In recent years, with the acceleration development of electric power market reform in China,the mode of large electric consumer＇s direct purchasing is pilot.But this model is not perfect . If implemented the project,it will make influencing factors to clean power generation and energy conservation.This paper analyzed the influences of large electric consumer＇s direct purchasing to power generation power grid and power consumer, especially the influencing factors to Clean power generation enterprise and energy conservation management. Results indicate that large electric consumer＇s direct purchasing mode can effective reduce electric cost and improve power generation company profitability. But it still need make policies and laws to ensure energy savings and pollutant reductions after this mode put into effect.
