日粮中添加新鲜杜仲树叶对母猪繁殖性能和仔猪健康的影响研究

Study on Effects of Diets Supplemented With Fresh Eucommia ulmoides Leaves on Reproductive Performance of Sows and Health of Piglets

目的研究新鲜杜仲树叶作为饲料添加剂对母猪繁殖性能和仔猪健康的影响。方法设计新鲜杜仲树叶低、中、高剂量3个试验组以及对照组进行饲养试验。结果试验组仔猪的平均窝重比对照提高了12.16%-26.48%（p〈0.05）;低剂量试验组仔猪的平均日增重增加了12.50 g,断奶仔猪的腹泻率、病死率分别下降了17.08和12.28个百分点（p〉0.05）。结论在饲料中添加新鲜杜仲树叶可以提高母猪繁殖性能,以0.25%的中草药添加水平效果最佳。

Objective The aim was to study the effects of fresh Eucommia ul- moides leaves as feed additives on the reproductive performance of sows and health of piglets. Method fresh E. ul- moides leaves, low, medium and high doses of three experimental groups and the control group were fed test. Result The average litter weight of piglets of the experimental group was increased by 12.16%-26.48% （p〈0.05） as compared with the control; the average daily gain of piglets of the low-dose experimental group was increased 12.50 g, and the diarrhea rate and case fatality rate of weaned piglets were decreased by 17.08 and 12.28 percentage points （p〉0.05） respectively. Conclusion Adding fresh E. ulmoides leaves in the feed can improve the reproductive performance of sows, and the best herbal supplement level was 0.25%.
