对"瘦肉精"的基本知识以及对人体的危害进行了阐述,并根据实际经验提出"瘦肉精"的监管对策,如加强领导,加强现场检测,加强源头和流通环节的监管,广泛开展宣传等。为保障动物产品质量安全提供了参考。
The basic knowledge and harm to human body of clenbnterol hydrochloride were described,and supervi- sion countermeasures on clenbnterol hy- drochloride were put forward based on practical experience,such as strengtheningleadership, field detection, source and circulation supervision,carrying out widespread publicity,etc.The study provided a reference for guaranteeing quali- ty safety of animal products.
