危重患者血小板减少症发病危险因素及预后分析

Risk Factors and Prognosis Analysis in Critically Ill Patients With Thrombocytopenia Disease

目的研究危重患者血小板减少症(TCP)发病危险因素及预后。方法选取我院ICU危重患者100例进行研究,分为TCP 42例和非TCP 58例,通过多因素回归分析总结TCP的主要危险因素及其对预后的影响。结果病情危重程度、用药、医源性致病因、疾病类型、ICU出血率及住院时间等都是导致TCP的危险因素,TCP组患者出血发生率、活化部分凝血活酶时间、肌酐及住院时间均高于非TCP组(P<0.05)。结论血小板计数可以作为评估出血等预后指标,其动态变化可以独立于并作为危重病评分系统的补充。

Objective To study the risk factors and prognosis of patients with severe thrombocytopenia（TCP）.MethodsChoose 100 cases of our hospital ICU critical patients,divided in to TCP 42 cases and non TCP 58 cases,through the multifactor regression analysis to summarize the main risk factors and its effect on the prognosis of TCP.Results The degree of critical condition,medication,iatrogenic etiology,disease types,ICU bleeding rate and length of hospital stay,were al lead to a risk factor for TCP,TCP group of patients bleeding incidence,activation of clotting time live enzymes, creatinine and length of hospital stay were significantly higher than the TCP group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Platelet count can be used as evaluation bleeding prognostic indicators,such as its dynamic change can be independent of and supplement gravely il scoring system.
