循序渐进式健康教育在基层医院卒中病患者中的应用

摘要 目的循序渐进式的健康教育在卒中病患者中的应用,方法符合入选标准的80例患者,随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育的基础上,应用循序渐进模式对患者进行护理干预。结果观察组患者治疗依从性,患者满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循序渐进式健康教育护理干预能提高患者治疗依从性和患者满意度。 Objective The application of health education, step by step m stroke patients. Methods Eighty, cases of patients, randomly divided into observation group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the cnntrol group, the control group received routine health education, the ohscrvation group based on routine healty edncation, carried out nursing intervention for patients with progressive model. Results The patients in the observation group treatment compliance, satisthction of patients were significandy higher than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), and were statistically significat. Conchmion The gradual health education and nursing intervention can significantly improve patients' compliance and patient satisfaction.
