安庆市迎江区121家医疗机构医疗废物处置能力分析及对策

The Analysis and Countermeasures of 121 Medical Institutions of Medical Waste Disposal Capacity in Yingjiang District of Anqing City

目的为了解基层医疗机构的医疗废物规范性处置能力和变化情况,查找薄弱环节,并寻找对策。方法选取安庆市迎江区管2011和2014年121家小型医疗机构作为调查对象,统一调查方法,通过现场检查、查看、访问,现场填写检查表格,调查结果全部录入Excel进行统计分析。结果 2014年安庆市迎江区医疗机构的医疗废物处置工作持续得到改进。结论要持续加强医疗机构医疗废物管理,特别要加强医疗废物管理责任制建设,强化医疗废物管理知识宣传、培训,规范医疗废物登记、分类收集、暂存行为,做好医疗废物的转运工作,落实废物处置人员卫生防护措施,加大违法行为惩处力度。

Objective To understand canonical disposal capacity and change status to medical refuse in basic medical units and to find good solutions by seeking for the weak points.Methods We separately selected 121 smal medical institutions as investigation target from the year of 2011 and 2014 in yingjiang district,anqing city. The investigation method was same by inspection,examination and interview. The investigation forms were filed out in site. Al investigation results were input the Excel software for statistical analysis.ResultsThere were continuous improvement about disposal capacity of medical refuse in basic medical units in the year of 2014 in yingjiang district,anqing city.Conclusion To strengthen management to medical refuse of medical units al the time,especialy its construction of responsibility system. To strengthen propagation and training about knowledge of medical refuse management. To regulate the behaviour about recording,classified colection and temporary storage of medical refuse. To strengthen management about transport of medical refuse. To implement measures of personal protection to staff of medical refuse treatment. To tighten punishment to criminal act in medical refuse management.
