摘要
目的通过研究慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的临床治疗,分析其临床治疗效果。方法通过对来我院进行就诊的20例慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者的临床资料进行综合分析,整合出最具综合性的临床治疗措施。结果 20例患者中由17例患者病情得到了良好的控制,2例患者出现合并心肌梗死,1例患者出现病情恶化致死,在经过一段时间的治疗后,有15例患者的电轴呈现正常现象,3例患者存在心房增大的情况。结论慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病是一种临床特征相互掩盖的疾病,对于医生诊断有一定的影响,容易出现误诊或漏诊的现象,因此,在对患者进行确诊时,要保证医生具有高度的敏感度和敏捷度,最大程度地降低误诊或漏诊现象的出现。
Objective To study the clinical treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease,and analyze the clinical effect of treatment. MethodsThe clinical data of 20 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease were integrated into the most comprehensive clinical treatment measures.Results A total of 17 patients had been wel controled,2 cases appeared myocardial infarction,1 cases with disease progression to death. After a period of time after treatment,15 patients of electric axis to render normal phenomenon,3 patients existed atrial enlargement.Conclusion Chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease（CHD）is a clinical features of mutual concealment of disease,has certain influence to the doctor diagnosis,prone to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. Therefore,when the patients were diagnosed to ensure that the doctor has a high degree of sensitivity and agile,to the greatest extent decrease misdiagnosis or missed phenomenon.
