氨氯地平的药理分析及临床应用研究

Study on Pharmacological Analysis and Clinical Application of Amlodipine

目的：研究氨氯地平药理作用与临床应用。方法搜集本院2014年2月～2015年2月氨氯地平治疗40例作为实验组，将同期常规治疗40例作为对照组。分析氨氯地平药理作用，观察比较两组疗效。结果两组冠心病心绞痛疗效比较，实验组治疗有效率高（P〈0.05）；高血压疗效比较，实验组治疗有效率高（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论氨氯地平在临床治疗冠心病心绞痛、高血压等方面，具有较大应用价值。

Objective Pharmacological effect of amlodipine and its clinical application are to be studied.Methods Choose 40 cases of patients who were given amlodipine treatment in hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and put them into study group,while,choose another 40 cases of patients who were given conventional treatment in hospital and put them into control group,and then analyzed pharmacological effect of amlodipine and compared patients’ treatment effects between two groups.Results Treatment efficacy for patients’ angina was much higher in study group（P〈 0.05）,treatment efficacy for patients’ hypertension was much higher in study group （P〈 0.05）,there was a great treatment differential between two groups.ConclusionAmlodipine is much more effective in clinical treatment of angina and hypertension,thus,such a treatment method is of great application value.
